With the new year comes the desire for many to better their health. Unfortunately, most new year's resolutions to either improve eating patterns or exercise more regularly fail by February.
I'll be hosting a two-day, online course that gives research-based suggestions on how to improve your chances of creating health goals that stick. Learn nutritional tactics for better managing weight and improving your health, including the importance of a balanced breakfast, healthy snacking, setting realistic exercise goals, and listening to your body’s hunger and fullness cues. The course will also debunk nutritional myths and underscore why certain fad diets—always popular during this time of year— can do more harm than good in the long term.
The course takes place Monday, January 5 and 12 from 6:30-7:30pm. (While the course is hosted by Arlington, Mass., Community Education, it is open to anyone.)
